Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your holiday with Primalux Round Tours.

Confirmation of Booking

As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 20% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking.

As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotel reservations, book your tickets, and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.

The balance 80% of the tour price can be paid by you upon your arrival in Sri Lanka by cash, but before the tour ends. Alternatively, you could pay by bank transfer a fortnight before your arrival.

Note: Prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final price will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.

Amendment to a Booked Tour

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements.

However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.

Cancellation of a Booked Tour

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Sri Lanka, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Primalux Round Tours.

Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges will apply:

50% Refund

If cancellation is 30 days or more prior to arrival (50% of the deposited amount towards "Tour cost" shall be refunded).

30% Refund

If cancellation is between 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival (30% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded).

20% Refund

If cancellation is between 15 days to 05 days prior to arrival (20% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded).

No Refund

If cancellation is within 05 days prior to arrival.

Payment Terms & Notes

Payments are required at the time of booking.
The Guest must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. Failure to do so will invalidate your booking and will bring a further charge to cover bank charges.
There will be no additional postage fees, booking fees or other hidden charges.
Exchange rates are based on live on-day rates at time of booking and are not subject to change.
Late payments risk cancellation.

Insurance

Every holidaymaker, without exception, must possess valid travel insurance, and details of the policy must be stated before travel. Individuals must ensure that this travel insurance offers acceptable cover for the type of holiday undertaken.

Primalux Round Tours offer a variety of insurance packages for consideration. We will refuse travel for all those inadequately insured.

Inoculations (Vaccinations)

All guests are strongly advised to check with their own medical advisers at least a month before travel on recommended inoculations, the need for malaria tablets, and to take other medical advice where their own health record suggests it is necessary.
